What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your gear leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping notification with a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey.
What is your return policy for boards and skateboards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a skateboard has been gripped or a snowboard has been mounted with bindings, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on your snowboards?
Yes, Arbor Collective provides a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects on all snowboards. This covers structural issues but does not include normal wear and tear or impact damage from rocks or rails.
How do I choose the right board size?
Size selection depends on your height, weight, and riding style. We provide a detailed size chart on every product page to help you find the perfect fit for your specific needs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
